INs and OUTs... to LIVE FOR...

I haven't done one of these posts in literally AGES and honestly I love them. Sandra just posted one and it inspired me to do one of my own!

INs:

- Fall clothing! I can't wait until I don't feel as though I have to swim through the hot air here, and all of the new fall clothing that has been coming out looks amazing!

- Searching for a new handbag.. this is almost an "OUT" as I haven't been finding much that I love at the moment :/ but here's a RZ bag that is a top contender! Not to mention it's on sale, which is always a plus!

- Re-building my wardrobe.. I've been trying to spruce up my "look" to go a bit more sophisticated, blazers, pencil skirts, etc. It's definitely a work in progress!

- Watching Pretty Little Liars.. such great inspiration for me to finally quit being lazy and actually do my hair for once! I mean seriously? They have their hair curled and perfect every single second of this show.. *gag*..... ok ok I'm just jealous ;)

OUTs:

- Being stuck in the house.. this heat's a bitch.

IN:

- MOVING! I never thought I'd see the day when moving was under the "INs" category. But I'm super excited! In about 1 week I will be packing up and moving to South Dakota... Yep I said it... SOUTH DAKOTA!! Let's see how I adapt! haha

- FALL Fashion! Call me crazy but I'm really looking forward to fall. I can't wait to wear my platforms with flares and knee high boots with skinnies! Don't even get me started on layering... I'm so excited to wear jackets again!

- Re-DECORATING! The boyfriend and I haven't even moved into our new house yet and I'm already thinking about re-vamping our decor =) Here are just a few things that I found on UrbanOutfitters.com!

I totally want these curtains for my all white kitchen!

Tell me you don't love this bath mat =)

I've been searching for affordable shelving. I love the "invisible" look of these!

- Giving my fur babies extra loving! I had to take Lily (the white one) to get fixed earlier this week. I felt like a terrible mother leaving her at the vet's! So they both have been getting spoiled since then =)

I find that I do an INs & OUTs post usually once a month, and I'm past due! Here we go...

IN:

- Wide leg & flared jeans with a medium to high rise!!! I have been on the hunt for a pair of wide leg/flare jeans in a medium (ish) wash. I'm loving the style Kourtney Kardashian is wearing, they are the 7 For All Mankind "Georgia" Stretch Trouser Jean...

This 70's inspired trend is one you either love or hate... I'm totally embracing it!

- Sitting out on my porch with a good book, and getting some color on these legs of mine! =)

- Searching for a summer handbag! I've been looking for MONTHS and still haven't found anything I absolutely love. It's possible I may still be looking when winter comes around again..  haha  But if I'm going to spend a lot of money on a handbag, I want to really love it!

- Online SALES... I just love 'em!


OUT:


- I can't really think of anything..... I guess that's a good thing!

OUT:

Not doing my hair. Because of work I always tie it up, and of course it get kinks (and I'm lazy) so I just never wear it down anymore. It's getting old!!

IN:

RINGS - It doesn't matter where I shop, I am always on the search for unique statement rings.. especially rings that I can wear on my index finger :)

SAMPLES - I am constantly getting samples from stores/brands like Sephora, Dior, Bobbi Brown, etc, and I never seem to use them! I am making it my goal to start using my samples and jot down pros/cons of each. Then I will write a post and share with you the outcomes!!

SHEER LIPSTICK - I have been using some of my more glossy sheer lipsticks, and loving it! Lippies like MAC lustres, Dior Addict High Shine lipsticks and Chanel Rouge Coco Shines. These formulas are great just to pop on as you run out the door..super moisturizing and you don't need a mirror to apply them!



OUT:

BEING PALE -  I have been trying as hard as I can to embrace and work with my pale winter skin.. but I give up!! I broke down and started tanning. I KNOW it's terrible for me, it's my guilty pleasure! However, I just need to get a base tan then I can start using my St. Tropez. =)

CLUTTER - I moved into my apartment a couple months ago and still have a few boxes laying around. I think it's time to do some spring cleaning!

WINTER FEET - It is easy to neglect your feet when you are always wearing socks. No more dull dry feet for me.. I see a pretty pedicure in my near future!!

OUT:

Studs – I’m tired of seeing clothing accessories and shoes covered in studs. Though there will always be a place for them, the over-use of studding has soured my taste for them altogether. What a shame!

White watches- Is there a girl you HAVEN’T seen rocking a white watch? ‘Nuff said.

Moving- And everything that goes along with it!

Cold weather!

Dry skin- Since moving to MN my skin has gotten so dry! I swear nothing I try has been able to get rid of it.
