MAC Lipstick HAUL.. By Request Collection and More!

As soon as I found out that MAC was releasing Candy Yum-Yum again with their By Request Collection, I knew I had to place an order and grab a backup =) Of course I HAD to pick up a few more things.. to make the shipping worth it ;)

First the lipsticks..

MAC Lady Danger... I'm not sure that orange-based colors are the most flattering on me, but I don't really care because I LOVE this shade! I have been eyeing it for a while and decided to just freakin' buy it already =) This lipstick is a matte, but really swatched nicely and was pretty creamy.. maybe it will matte down a bit as you wear it? We shall see.

MAC Show Orchid... This one is a pro shade. I had never seen it in person before but I decided to pick it up because I've been loving Girl About Town so much lately, and wanted something similar but different (what?) to wear. Show Orchid is an amplified, which is my favorite formula, so it's pigmented and creamy. :)

MAC Candy Yum-Yum... I originally purchased this lipstick when the Quite Cute collection came out last year. It's SO bright! I say it all the time, but the pictures just don't capture the vivid color! Let's just say this shade isn't for the meek.

MAC Moxie... I hadn't really heard of this shade until talks of the By Request Collection started. It's just one of those nice pinky-reds. I like it, but I'm sure there are lots of similar shades out there!

MAC Paint Pot in Soft Ochre

MAC Paint Pot in Soft Ochre... I use Painterly Paint Pot quite a lot as an eye shadow base, but when I have a tan it goes a bit ashy looking. Cue, Soft Ochre =) It covers the small veins above my eyes and is a bit lighter than my skin-tine so it adds some brightness. I'd say the shade is around a NW15, but more neutral.

Ok, that's it for me! I haven't been buying a lot of cosmetics lately because I've been on a fashion kick, but I just couldn't resist these!!
